This course was structured as an internship and independent research. Students had the opportunity to select from a group of public agencies, financial institutions, private developers and nonprofit organizations actively involved in real estate. This course was designed to provide participants hands-on experience working with real estate and real estate-related issues. Internship responsibilities could include development feasibility, financial analysis, market research, project management, asset management, policy review and industry studies.
